Markent Personnel is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in the Greater Jefferson, WI area. The role offers a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 per year plus overtime, bonuses, and full benefits. Typical hours are 1:30 PM–11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday production demand.

This is a direct-hire position in a clean, growth-oriented food manufacturing facility. The supervisor will lead an off-shift team, coordinate materials, ensure GMP/HACCP/SQF

Formación

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Solid working knowledge of food safety standards and GMP compliance.
• Proven people-first leadership with mentoring and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or ERP systems for scheduling and tracking performance.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within ~45 minutes of Jefferson, WI area.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew; manage daily line assignments and headcount.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards to ensure 100% compliance.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to improve OEE and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Serve as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain labor tracking logs, performance reviews, and daily production metrics.
