Job summary

RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for 2nd shift in Jefferson, WI. The role oversees off-shift production, coordinates materials, ensures GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance, and drives continuous improvement in line efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated packaging/production facility.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP/SQF food safety standards.
• People-first leadership with a collaborative approach and ability to de-escalate conflict.
• Proficiency with MS Office or ERP systems for scheduling and performance tracking.
• US work authorization and a 45-minute daily commute to Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet daily throughput targets.
• Uphold GMP, HACCP, SQF compliance and food safety standards with 100% compliance.
• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce line bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Serve as primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shifts to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain labor tracking logs, conduct performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and report daily metrics.
