Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift at a Jefferson, WI food processing facility. You will lead an off‑shift crew, assign daily line tasks, manage material flow, and ensure strict GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance to meet quality standards.

The role drives continuous improvement of OEE, coordinates with 1st shift handoffs, and oversees labor and performance reporting. Requires 3+ years of supervisory experience and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience supervising production lines in a regulated environment.
• Solid knowledge of GMP compliance and quality operations.
• Collaborative leadership with mentoring and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or ERP systems for scheduling and tracking.
• US citizen or Green Card residing within a 45-minute commute of Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and motivate an off-shift production crew and manage daily line assignments.
• Coordinate raw ingredient delivery and resource allocation for throughput.
• Uphold GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance and food safety standards.
• Initiate lean projects to improve OEE and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between 1st and 2nd shift for handoffs.
• Handle labor tracking, performance reviews, conflict resolution, and daily metrics.
