Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks an experienced Packaging & Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Jefferson, WI. The role focuses on leading an off-shift production crew, ensuring GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance, and coordinating line performance.

Responsibilities include daily task assignments, material coordination, and driving continuous improvement in OEE while maintaining a safe, collaborative work environment and a clear advancement path.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory leadership in a regulated packaging/production setting.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards, GMP/HACCP/SQF.
• People-first leadership with mentoring and culture-building.
• Proficiency with MS Office or ERP scheduling/performance tools.
• US citizen or Green Card holder living within a 45-minute commute of Jefferson, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead off-shift production crew, assign daily line tasks and optimize headcount.
• Coordinate raw material delivery and resource allocation to meet throughput targets.
• Maintain 100% GMP/HACCP/SQF compliance and drive food safety practices.
• Lead lean initiatives to reduce bottlenecks and improve OEE.
• Serve as liaison for 1st and 2nd shift handoffs and protect productivity.
• Manage labor logs, performance reviews, and daily production metrics.
