Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience attracting, retaining, motivating, and developing high performing, diverse teams.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the manufacturing team, ensuring productivity, collaboration, and a positive working environment.
• Recruitment and onboarding involvement, promoting opportunities and selecting candidates.
• Coach and conduct performance discussions; deliver corrective actions as needed.
• Plan and organize department workflow, schedules, and progress communications.
• Ensure safe working conditions and enforce safety guidelines; oversee area cleanliness.
• Support production planning to ensure on-time delivery and quality control.
