Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR to recruit, train, and develop employees and manage performance.
• Collaborate with production planning and logistics to prioritize schedules and meet customer expectations.
• Use ERP and other systems to prepare reports and monitor KPIs.
