Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing team to ensure productivity and a positive working environment.
• Promote safety guidelines, conduct inspections, and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with production planning to prioritize schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Implement quality control procedures and monitor performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in lean initiatives.
