Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the manufacturing team, ensuring productivity, collaboration, and a positive working environment.
• Oversee daily operations and production planning for the facility in Olathe, KS, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop hourly employees; conduct performance evaluations.
• Ensure safety and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
