Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. seeks a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in Fanuc robotics and CNC systems. You will troubleshoot robotic cells, electrical circuits, hydraulics and pneumatics, and support furnaces and die operations in a 2nd shift, ISO-certified environment near Cedarburg, WI.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong problem-solving, and stable career history with 2+ years per employer. Local commute within 1 hour preferred; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics or PLCs.
• Ability to read complex mechanical/electrical blueprints and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery and troubleshooting.
• Maintain electrical control circuits and PLC hardware.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery; perform routine maintenance.
• Support die operations, tool room activities, and safe equipment handling.
• Execute preventative maintenance and keep 5S standards.
