SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to support Fanuc robotics and CNC systems at our Cedarburg, WI facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robotic and CNC equipment, electrical control circuits, hydraulics, and furnaces on a dedicated 2nd shift.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance, experience with Fanuc/ABB robotics, strong electrical and hydraulic skills, and a stable work history.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Verifiable experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Career stability: minimum 2+ years at each prior employer.
• US citizen or green card holder with a commute within 1 hour of Cedarburg, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Robotic & CNC recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB robotics and Fanuc CNC controls; perform line recovery and tool changes.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits: repair plant electrical systems, control circuits, transformers, bus bars, PLCs.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems: diagnose and repair valves, pumps, compressors, cooling lines.
• Service furnaces & heavy machinery: maintain gas-fired/electrical furnaces, gear units, forklifts.
• Support tool room & die operations: move dies, organize storage, assist with die handling.
• Perform preventative maintenance: complete PMs, lubrication checks, keep 5S workspace, log repairs.
