Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an active manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Automation & CNC troubleshooting experience with Fanuc/ABB robotics or CNC systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Robotic & CNC Recovery: Troubleshoot Fanuc and ABB robotic systems, diagnose Fanuc CNC controls, perform tool changes and rapid line recovery.
• Troubleshoot Electrical Control Circuits: Diagnose and repair plant electrical systems, control circuits, transformers, bus bars, and PLC hardware across production cells.
• Maintain Fluid Power & Pneumatic Systems: Diagnose, repair and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service Furnaces & Heavy Machinery: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on furnaces, gear reduction units, and forklifts.
• Support Tool Room & Die Operations: Move dies with forklifts, organize mold storage, assist die assembly and teardown, and perform minor repairs under supervision.
• Execute Preventative Maintenance: Complete PMs, perform lubrication checks and maintain a clean 5S workspace.
