Job summary

Connectly Recruiting is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Cedarburg, WI facility. The role focuses on Fanuc robotics and CNCs, offering competitive pay and a 7% 401(k) match.

Direct-hire, full-time position with a Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years’ maintenance experience in manufacturing and hands-on robotics/CNC troubleshooting, with US work authorization and a ≤1-hour commute to Cedarburg.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read complex mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Robotic & CNC recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB systems and diagnose Fanuc CNCs.
• Repair and maintain electrical control circuits and PLC hardware across production cells.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems and repair related components.
• Service furnaces, gear reducers, forklifts, and related heavy equipment.
• Assist with die operations, tooling, and 5S housekeeping; log repairs.
