Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to support Fanuc Robotics, CNCs, and associated automation in Cedarburg, WI.

This direct-hire role offers a steady 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, competitive hourly pay up to $35.50, and a 401(k) with up to 7% match, plus tuition reimbursement and monthly performance bonuses. A stable, hands-on maintenance environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Robotics/CNC troubleshooting experience required.
• Core technical mastery: electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.
• Demonstrated 2+ years at previous employers with stable work history.
• US work authorization with 1-hour max commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsabilités

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery and troubleshooting (Fanuc/ABB).
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and PLC hardware in production cells.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including components and lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery (gas/electric furnaces, gear reducers, forklifts).
• Support tool room and die operations; assist with dies and cleanups as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance, PMs, lubrication checks, and 5S housekeeping.
