Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc in Cedarburg, WI is hiring a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician focusing on Fanuc robotics and CNCs. This direct-hire role offers a stable 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule and pay up to $35.50/hr ($73,840/yr) with a 7% 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, bonuses, and PTO incentives.

You will lead robotic and CNC recovery, troubleshoot electrical control circuits, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, furnaces, and assist die operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting Fanuc/ABB robotics and CNC controls.
• Understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated career longevity with 2+ years per employer; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Robotic & CNC Recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc and ABB systems and perform line recovery.
• Troubleshoot Electrical Control Circuits across production cells.
• Maintain Fluid Power & Pneumatic Systems and service furnaces and heavy machinery.
• Support Tool Room & Die Operations and assist with die operations under supervision.
• Execute Preventative Maintenance and maintain 5S workspace.
