Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to service Fanuc robotics and CNC systems in Cedarburg, WI. This direct-hire role offers a starting rate up to $35.50/hr, with annualized earnings up to $73,840, plus a 401(k) with up to 7% match, tuition reimbursement, monthly performance bonuses, and attendance PTO bonuses.

The position focuses on 2nd shift coverage (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM) within North America's largest independent die casting

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting Fanuc/ABB robotics and CNC controls.
• Strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic fault diagnosis.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics/equipment manuals.
• Demonstrated career stability; typically 2+ years at each employer.
• US work authorization and 1-hour max commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery and troubleshooting.
• Repair electrical control circuits across production cells.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems and components.
• Service furnaces, gear reduction units, and heavy machinery.
• Assist with die operations, tooling storage, and basic repairs.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and strict 5S housekeeping.
