Clear Concepts, Inc. in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to service Fanuc robotics and CNC systems.

This direct-hire role offers a stable 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, competitive starting pay up to $35.50/hr and a related annual $73,840 wage, plus a 7% 401(k) match and bonuses. You will troubleshoot robotic and CNC cells, electrical circuits, hydraulics and furnaces, perform preventative maintenance, and support tool room operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC line recovery; troubleshoot Fanuc and ABB systems.
• Repair electrical control circuits and PLC hardware across production cells.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces, gear reductions, and forklifts.
• Support tool room and die operations; assist die changes and cleaning.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep a clean 5S workspace.
