Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician specializing in Fanuc Robotics and CNCs. This direct-hire role offers a starting rate up to $35.50 per hour ($73,840 per year) plus a 401(k) match and performance bonuses, with a Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift.

You will troubleshoot robotic and CNC systems, electrical circuits, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, furnaces, and support tool room and die operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience within an active manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Automation & CNC background with troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Core technical mastery in electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Blueprints and schematics literacy for complex machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Robotic & CNC Recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc and ABB systems, diagnose Fanuc CNC controls, replace worn tooling, and perform rapid line recovery.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits: isolate, repair, and maintain plant electrical systems and PLC hardware.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems: diagnose, repair, and rebuild components and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery: routine maintenance on gas-fired and electric furnaces, gear reducers, forklifts.
• Support tool room & die operations: move dies with forklifts, organize mold storage, assist with die changes and repairs.
• Execute preventive maintenance: perform scheduled PMs, lubrication checks, keep 5S workspace, log repairs.
