Eden Capital Careers is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician for a Fanuc robotics and CNC environment in Cedarburg, WI. This direct-hire role offers a steady 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, pay up to $35.50/hr ($73,840/yr) and a 401(k) with up to 7% match, plus tuition reimbursement and monthly bonuses.

You will troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB robotics and CNC controls, maintain electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, service furnaces, and support die operations in a high‑reliability,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and robotics (Fanuc/ABB).
• Understanding of electrical/electronic systems (single/3-phase, low voltage), hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.
• Demonstrated career longevity with minimal job-hopping.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery and troubleshooting; replace worn tools and recover production lines.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and maintain plant electrical systems and PLC hardware.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems; diagnose and fix valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery; assist with dies and related operations.
• Execute preventative maintenance; perform lubrication checks and maintain 5S workspace.
