Job summary

BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer I to provide remote and on-site support for automated dispensing systems across the assigned region, including DHA/DoD facilities. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain proprietary hardware and software while upholding regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service.

The role requires travel, 3 PM–midnight or 4 PM–1 AM shifts, and a strong focus on safety, documentation, and service quality.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hardware, software, and IT support experience.
• May require background checks for access to facilities and badges.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support for BD automated dispensing systems.
• Respond to, evaluate, and resolve work orders within SLAs.
• Diagnose and repair hardware/software components with case ownership.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and inventory records.
• Collaborate with Sales and Implementation for deployments.
