Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician focused on Fanuc robotics and CNCs. The role offers a dedicated 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM) with a competitive starting rate up to $35.50/hr and a 7% 401(k) match, plus tuition reimbursement and performance bonuses.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting Fanuc/ABB robotics, CNC controls, electrical circuits, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, furnaces, and die/tool room support.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an active manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Verifiable experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Ability to read complex mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Demonstrated career longevity with at least 2+ years at previous employers.
• Authorized to work in the United States with a ≤1 hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Robotic & CNC Recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB robots and Fanuc CNCs, replace worn tools, recover lines.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and maintain plant electrical systems and PLC hardware.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery, including gear reducers and forklifts.
• Support tool room and die operations, move dies and assist with die processes.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and log repairs.
