RRC Solutions Group in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician to service Fanuc robotics and CNCs, troubleshoot electrical control circuits, hydraulics and furnaces, and support die casting operations.

This direct-hire role offers a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM), competitive pay up to $35.50/hour plus 7% 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, performance bonuses, and attendance PTO.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Hands-on exposure to robotics and CNC troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical blueprints and manuals.
• Demonstrated 2+ years at each prior employer (no job hoppers).
• US work authorization or citizenship.

Mansioni

• Lead Robotic & CNC recovery and troubleshooting for Fanuc/ABB systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and PLC hardware across production cells.
• Maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces, gear reducers, and heavy machinery.
• Support tool room and die operations including dies handling and teardown.
• Execute preventive maintenance and keep a clean, 5S workspace.
