Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial production.
• Experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Strong electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic/plc knowledge.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.
• 2+ years at each previous employer; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic and CNC recovery; troubleshoot Fanuc and ABB systems.
• Repair electrical control circuits and PLC hardware across production cells.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery (gas-fired/electrical furnaces, gear units, forklifts).
• Move dies with forklifts; assist with die assembly, teardown, and minor repairs.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs) and keep a clean 5S workspace.
