Job summary

You will troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB robots and CNCs, maintain electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems, service furnaces, and support tool/die operations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
- Verifiable experience troubleshooting CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
- Solid understanding of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
- Demonstrated career stability with 2+ years at each prior employer.
- US work authorization and a commute within 1 hour of Cedarburg, WI.
Responsibilities
- Lead Robotic & CNC recovery and troubleshooting (Fanuc/ABB).
- Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and PLC hardware across production cells.
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
- Service furnaces, gear reducers, and forklifts as needed.
- Assist with die operations and tool room responsibilities under supervision.
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure 5S cleanliness.
