Job summary

Joseph Michaels International in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technician with Fanuc Robotics and CNC experience. This direct-hire role offers a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule, up to $35.50/hr ($73,840/yr), and a 7% 401(k) match.

You will troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB robotics, electrical controls, hydraulics/pneumatics, and furnaces, while supporting tool room and die operations. 3–5 years of maintenance experience and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience within an active manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Automation & CNC background with troubleshooting of CNC controls and industrial robotics (Fanuc, ABB).
• Core technical mastery of electrical/electronic systems (single, 3‑phase, low voltage), hydraulics/pneumatics, or PLCs.
• Blueprint & schematic literacy to read complex mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strict employment stability with at least 2+ years at each previous employer.
• Residency & authorization to work in the United States with a maximum 1‑hour commute to Cedarburg, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead Robotic & CNC recovery: troubleshoot Fanuc/ABB systems and perform rapid line recovery.
• Troubleshoot electrical control circuits and maintain plant electrical systems and PLC hardware.
• Maintain fluid power and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, and cooling lines.
• Service furnaces and heavy machinery including gear reduction units and forklifts.
• Support tool room and die operations, including die handling and maintenance.
• Execute preventative maintenance and maintain a clean 5S workspace.
