Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a related field is preferred.
• High school diploma required for the role.
• Experience in distribution center management with inbound and inventory control/QA is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills are required.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are needed.
• Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional distribution center, ensuring efficient and timely inbound processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Implement best practices to maximize productivity in receiving and handling incoming shipments.
• Analyze KPIs to measure and improve distribution center performance.
• Establish and enforce quality control procedures to meet or exceed industry standards.
• Lead and inspire a team of distribution center staff, providing coaching and training.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and company policies within the DC.
