Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd shift in our manufacturing environment. You will load materials, monitor tooling performance, inspect finished goods, and ensure safety and quality in daily operations.

The role offers $24/hour with a $2 shift differential. The standard 2nd shift is 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and ERP software (JD Edwards preferred).
• Strong understanding of tooling maintenance and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and standards.
• Attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
• Good attendance record with reliable and punctual performance.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load raw materials into the inventory system
• Monitor tooling performance and coordinate replacements
• Perform quality inspections on finished goods
• Execute system transactions in MRP/ERP and generate reports
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine operation area
• Collaborate with Planning to meet production requirements
