Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Lead-Warehouse to supervise the Transfers team, ensuring picked orders are shipped accurately and on time. This role reports to the Service Centre Operations Manager and leads picking/pack out, tagging, and data entry workflows.

Responsibilities include running productivity reports, audits for accuracy, maintaining safety, and coordinating outbound shipments. OT and building access duties may apply, with use of PIT equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to interpret picking/packing instructions and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervises picking/pack out team and ensures on-time shipping.
• Marks and tags items for identification as required.
• Runs productivity reports for picking lines.
• Performs regular audits of picked items and adherence to shipping criteria.
• Supervise packing area to ensure safety and timely completion.
• Prepare daily shipments for invoicing and log orders shipped.
• Handle data entry tasks: sales orders, packing slips, picking lists.
• Drive team productivity and continuous improvement.
• Assist in other projects as required.
• Operate PIT equipment and use WMS and MS Office tools.
