Job summary

Watts Water Technologies in Groveport, OH is seeking a Distribution Center Lead for the second shift to coordinate daily warehouse operations and mentor staff. You’ll ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and timely shipping while partnering with the Supervisor to meet priorities.

On-site role with opportunities to improve processes, training, and problem solving within a dynamic team focused on reliable, sustainable water solutions.

Qualifications

Knowledge of warehouse operations, product flow, inventory handling, and procedures within the assigned area.
Ability to operate or learn specified warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
Ability to work with warehouse systems and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

Perform duties in accordance with department operating instructions and SOPs.
Coordinate work assignments and provide directions to employees under Supervisor guidance.
Coordinate truck arrivals, dock assignments, and daily inventory counts.
Monitor product movement and staging for proper identification and organization.
Assist with training and problem solving to support efficiency.
