Qualifications

The Service Center Operations Supervisor d 2nd Shift d is responsible for overseeing outbound operations, implementing effective strategies, ensuring shipping measures and on time delivery, and demonstrating a strong focus on continuous improvement. The role also requires a commitment to safety standards and effective people leadership skills.

Annual Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00

Key Accountabilities

Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional distribution center, ensuring efficient and timely inbound processes.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Implement best practices to maximize productivity in receiving and handling incoming shipments.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve distribution center performance.

Quality Assurance

Establish and enforce quality control procedures to meet or exceed industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Conduct regular inspections and implement measures to improve overall product quality.

Policy Adherence

Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

People Leadership

Qualifications/Requirements

Preferred bachelor7s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
High school diploma required.
Proven experience in distribution center management, with a focus on inbound and inventory control/quality assurance operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
