Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in the field or related area.
• Detail oriented with strong data management and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate well across organization levels and with customers.
• Proven success leading teams in high-volume, customer-facing operations.
• Experience leveraging analytics, AI, and automation to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional customer service and operations ensuring efficiency in order management, backlog resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements, manage escalations, and align regional performance with corporate KPIs.
• Manage regional sales backlog and product fulfillment within Rep warehouses and customer relations.
• Monitor inventory levels to manage expenses, minimize loss, and maximize revenue.
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods to destinations and maintain quality of service.
• Lead and direct the work of others; develop team engagement and accountability.
