Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Manager of Regional Operation Support to lead regional customer service and operations. You will drive process improvements, manage escalations, and ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in related roles, strong data management and problem-solving skills, and experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365. On-site role in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in the field or in a related area.
• Must be detail oriented and versatile.
• Proficient with data management and strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate well across the organization and with customers.
• Proven success leading teams in high-volume, customer-facing operations.
• Experience leveraging analytics, AI, and automation to improve efficiency and customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional customer service and operations, ensuring efficiency in order management, backlog resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive process improvements, manage escalations, and align regional performance with corporate KPIs.
• Lead and direct the work of others; develop team members and coaching.
