You will drive inbound and outbound activities, coordinate with vendors, and push for continuous process improvements to ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• High school diploma required.
• Proven distribution center management experience with inbound and inventory control/quality assurance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with WMS and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the regional distribution center for efficiency and timeliness.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline processes.
• Implement best practices to maximize productivity in receiving and handling shipments.
• Analyze KPIs to measure and improve DC performance.
• Lead and coach DC staff, manage staffing and scheduling.
• Ensure safety, quality, and policy adherence in operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
