Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in a network operations center or equivalent network support team.
• Education: Associate's Degree in a related field.
• Certifications: CCNA, Fortinet NSE4, CompTIA Security+ and CompTIA Network+ are relevant.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Performs break/fix troubleshooting, software updates and feature enhancements to networking devices.
• Works with external vendors (Cisco, AT&T, Verizon) to troubleshoot hardware and circuit issues.
• Creates and maintains technical and process documentation for troubleshooting.
• Adheres to ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management.
