Job summary

Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure Plc is seeking a Remote Operations Center Manager to lead a 24/7 ROC team responsible for wind, BESS, and PV assets. You will ensure safe, compliant operations and serve as escalation point for real-time issues across CAISO/MISO/ERCOT/AESO/HQÉI markets.

You will drive real-time monitoring, alarm management, and SAP PM work orders while coordinating outages and field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum 10 years in ROC renewable power or utility operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role within 24/7 ops.
• SCADA experience in wind, PV or BESS environments.
• Knowledge of SAP PM for Work Orders.
• Understanding of CAISO/MISO/ERCOT/AESO/HQÉI markets.
• Strong safety discipline including LOTO and high‑voltage.

Responsibilities

• Lead ROC Operators and manage 24/7 shift coverage.
• Monitor real-time operations across wind, BESS, PV assets.
• Oversee SCADA alarm management and RCA efforts.
• Coordinate outages with schedulers and ISO/utility partners.
• Administer SAP PM work orders and review backlogs.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI tracking.
• Contribute to ROC stand-up and successful go-live in 2027.
