Job summary

Clean Energy Services (CES) is seeking a ROC Operator to safely operate and monitor photovoltaic solar power and Battery Storage plants across the United States. The role follows a 7 days on / 7 days off 12-hour night rotation, with weekends and holidays required, and a potential transition to a Dupont schedule in Q1 2026.

Key duties include fault evaluation, alarm monitoring, work order creation, and supporting field teams with remote commissioning testing of new assets, while maintaining

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in solar/BESS operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical utility systems and safety.
• Experience with SCADA systems and real-time data monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Direct, monitor and coordinate operation of CES Solar, BESS, and wind assets from the 24/7 Operations Control Center.
• Ensure compliance with NERC standards for Medium Impact Assets.
• Work independently with guidance only in complex situations.
• Monitor real-time control center ops to maximize asset availability and generation.
• Report plant outages to RTO/ISO and maintain accurate telemetry data.
