Job summary

Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a highly skilled IP Desk specialist to support global TCP/IP networks, VPNs, and MPLS services for financial markets. The role involves hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco, Arista, and Juniper devices, with escalation to TAC as needed.

You will work in a 24x7 rotating schedule as part of a global team, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response to clients. Relevant ITIL practices and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, and network troubleshooting.
Experience supporting IP networks in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide support for global TCP/IP, VPN, MPLS networks including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, RIP, IS-IS.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista, and Juniper routers and switches.
Engage with Cisco/Juniper TAC and internal NOC teams for incident resolution.
Perform second-level network and protocol troubleshooting and debugging.
Coordinate, schedule, and support network maintenance and change management activities.
