Job summary

Transaction Network Services is seeking a Field Support Engineer to deliver on-site and remote technical support for the Financial Markets IP infrastructure. You will resolve complex IP routing, hardware, and protocol issues, work with Cisco/Arista/Juniper gear, and coordinate with TAC for escalations.

The role requires strong network operations experience, ITIL familiarity, and customer-facing communication as you support global customers and participate in a 24x7 rotation from Hawaii.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in network operations or similar role.
• Experience supporting TCP/IP networks, VPNs, MPLS.
• Familiarity with OSPF/BGP/EIGRP/RIP/IS-IS routing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote support for global IP networking infrastructure.
• Open and triage incident tickets; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot complex IP routing, hardware, and protocol issues on Cisco/Arista/Juniper gear.
• Coordinate network maintenance per Change Management policy; participate in 24x7 rotations.
