Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fleet maintenance or breakdown dispatch.
• Comfort with 24/7/365 operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations and service dispatch.
• Assess and assign open events to the nearest qualified provider.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch events.
• Inform customers of ETA and follow their requirements.
• Notify on-duty supervisor of delays or repairs issues.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve problems proactively.
