Cox Enterprises is seeking a Breakdown Coordinator for Cox Fleet to ensure seamless fleet operations. The role involves troubleshooting events, dispatching the appropriate service provider, and coordinating repairs 24/7/365 to minimize downtime.

You will assess events, verify authorizations, assign nearest providers, and communicate ETA while informing supervisors of delays and issues. A proactive problem-solver mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching for breakdown and/or tire, medium to heavy duty vehicle maintenance.
• Strong dispatching and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate service providers and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Assess and assign open events to the nearest service provider.
• Verify authorization to dispatch events and communicate ETA to customers.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or problems with repairs.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
