Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Break down Coordinator to manage fleet service logistics, dispatch the nearest service provider, and ensure timely repairs across a 24/7/365 operation in Wisconsin.

You will coordinate events, verify dispatch authorization, and inform customers of ETA while addressing inquiries and delays as they occur. Training starts fall 2026 with variable shifts to cover all hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of dispatching for breakdowns or tire maintenance, or a related discipline.
• Strong dispatching and multitasking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of fleet operations to ensure vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly.
• Assess and assign all open events to the appropriate service providers.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch events.
• Inform customers of estimated arrival times and follow customer requirements.
• Notify supervisor on duty of delays or repair problems with ETA.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
