Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a bakery operation on-site in a full-time role. You will manage a team of 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts, driving safe, high-quality output while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities include daily production activities, staffing, coaching and development, maintaining food safety and sanitation, monitoring performance, addressing downtime, and improving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen foods preferred.
• Ability to lead employees, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
