Job summary

True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery on-site, across first, second, and third shifts. You will lead a team of 15–25 production employees, guiding daily activities to deliver safe, high‑quality products while achieving production goals.

This hands‑on leadership role offers growth within an established supervisory team, opportunities to coach staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality to resolve issues and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production in a food manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability.
• Working knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and support scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees; set clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
