Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking Production Supervisors for its bakery operation in Rocky Mount, NC. This on-site role leads 15–25 production employees across first, second, and third shifts to deliver safe, high-quality products on schedule.

You will coach staff, ensure food safety and sanitation, monitor performance, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
