Job summary

Cortica is seeking a School Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings. You will collaborate with educators, caregivers, and Cortica's clinical team to help students engage and learn during the school day.

This role requires at least one year in ABA/Behavior Technician work, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel between campuses.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in ABA/Behavior Technician roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.
• Current or able to obtain first aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavioral services in schools.
• Implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs aligned with IEP.
• Collaborate with school teams to integrate strategies into daily routines.
• Support communication, social skills, self-regulation, and self-care.
• Collect data and complete session notes and incident reports.
• Participate in trainings and travel between sites.
