Cosmo 1:1, formerly ClassUp, is an online learning platform connecting K-12 students with tutors from top US and Canadian universities for personalized lessons.

As a Cosmo 1:1 tutor you will meet with your students for 50-minute 1 on 1 sessions at set times, using Cosmo-provided learning plans to guide instruction. You will build a welcoming, reliable environment and communicate with families professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Math education or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 in math.
• Experience with K-12 Math standards.
• Teaching license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
• Communicate with Cosmo staff.
