Job summary

Cosmo 1:1 is seeking experienced tutors to deliver 50-minute 1-on-1 math or ELA lessons to North America-based students using the Cosmo curriculum. The role offers a flexible schedule you set and independent contractor status.

You will meet weekly at set times, prepare materials, provide feedback, and communicate professionally with parents and Cosmo staff. Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree, 3 years of K-12 teaching experience, and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA or math.
• Experience with K-12 ELA or math standards.
• Fast and reliable internet connection and access to Windows or Mac PC.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting
• Communicate with Cosmo staff
