Job summary

Ro Health is hiring School Based Behavior Technicians to support students across multiple districts for the 2026-2027 year and beyond. The role centers on 1:1 ABA therapy, implementing BIPs, and helping students achieve IEP goals during school hours.

You will collect data, collaborate with BCBA(s) and school staff, and contribute to student growth while receiving clinical supervision and access to diverse school placements. Competitive pay and benefits accompany flexible assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA and BIPs developed by a BCBA.
• Support students in IEP goals including behavior, social skills, communication, and academics.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition; adjust strategies with BCBA input.
• Help students build independence in daily routines, transitions, and interactions.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use evidence-based preventive strategies.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and supervision to support progress and growth.
