Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring School Based Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students across multiple districts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, help students meet IEP goals, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA and school staff. Flexible schedules, with school hours and options for full-time or part-time roles, offer meaningful growth within ABA and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students.
• Support goals in IEPs including behavior, social, communication, and academics.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and school staff to adjust strategies.
• Help students build independence in daily routines and transitions.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive strategies.
• Communicate with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision.
