Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking School Based Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students across multiple districts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. The role focuses on meaningful, student-centered ABA work in school settings with supervision and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA therapy, data collection, collaboration with BCBA and school staff, and helping students reach IEP goals. Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities with competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in ABA is preferred.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA and BIPs created by a BCBA.
• Support students in achieving IEP goals including behavior, social skills, communication, and academics.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition and adjust strategies with BCBAs and staff.
• Assist students in building independence in daily routines, transitions, interactions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use evidence-based strategies to prevent or redirect challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality and ethics.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supervision to support student progress and professional development.
