Job summary

Ro Health is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support students in Massachusetts for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. This 1:1 role focuses on ABA therapy during school hours.

You will work with BCBA supervision, collect data, implement BIPs, and help students build independence, communication, and social skills. Flexible schedules, diverse placements across districts, and weekly pay with transparent rates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental needs (preferred).
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using ABA and BIPs designed by a BCBA.
• Support students in meeting IEP goals including behavior, social skills, and academics.
• Collect and document data on behavior and skills, adjusting strategies with BCBAs.
• Assist students in daily routines, transitions, peer interactions, and learning activities.
• Reinforce positive behaviors and use proactive strategies to prevent challenging behaviors.
• Communicate professionally with educators, families, and supervisors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision to support progress and development.
